I am a second generation REALTOR®, but prior to beginning my career in Real Estate, I held positions in the banking industry for four years and office management for sixteen, in addition to volunteering for the Indianapolis Police Dept (now IMPD), coaching in various volleyball programs, and volunteering in my kids' elementary and middle school math groups and PTOs.
I have been a licensed real estate salesperson of six years, a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Indiana Association of REALTORS® and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® (MIBOR) and its multiple listing service (MLS) since 2003, with over $12 million career residential real estate sales!
I am dedicated to the this process and the education of buying and selling and designing and I have built my business and reputation mostly via word of mouth! I specialize not only in Relocation but in Property Management and New Construction due to my vast knowledge of Indianapolis and its seven surrounding counties, but specifically New Construction from production to custom, from design stage to building and on to closing.
I enjoy educating consumers on our market and the home buying and selling process. I am so excited and interested in the downtown market specifically and real estate in general and my passion is evident when you speak with me.
I began my career in Real Estate working with first time homebuyers all around Indianapolis. Now venturing into the property management side because of the current changes of our flow of business, my market extends from within Marion County and the seven surrounding.
For those of you with specific new buyer needs and or general credit inquiries, I do specialize in credit counseling and repair in addition to having the skinny on the mortgage programs.
I am a full time REALTOR®, but in my spare time (Ha!), I enjoy walking around downtown talking to people, hosting open houses, researching and previewing our market and continuing my education for my business.
However, if I am not working my business, you can generally find me coaching or watching my daughters play volleyball, enjoying the food fare around town with my family, spending time on my balcony and drinking coffee, watching my favorite CSI Las Vegas and Law & Order Criminal Intent shows or traveling!
